Cadillac Fairview and Colliers Project leaders hired Fox to complete Canada Post’s 5-floor marketing office at Yonge & Dundas Square downtown. The unionized project was completed over the course of 2017 with multiple phases.

Fox Contracting completed this project on time and on budget. Some of the features in this 74,000 sq. ft. office tenant fit-out include:

  • Five separate serveries

  • Approx. 1,000 sf. ft. cafe

  • 17 meeting rooms, most with operable walls

  • PC-350 frames throughout

  • Garage door fronts

  • Barrier-free washroom & private shower
