Dream moved into their new Ottawa head office after acquiring full ownership of ZIBI, an exciting redevelopment located in Ottawa. This 34-acre master-planned community on the Ottawa River bridges two provinces and three cultures. It is also Canada’s largest Net-zero Carbon community making it among the most sustainable in the world.
Fox along with Atkinson Schroeter Design Group (ASDG) completed the project to house the Dream Ottawa team at a permanent location near the LeBreton Flats corridor where Dream is heavily invested. Fox and ASDG took care to complete this 6,130 sq. ft. office space located in the lower level of a heritage building that retains its heritage facade.
