For this tenant improvement project, the construction spanned a range of spaces including several offices and classrooms, a cafeteria with a full-service kitchen, a gym with changerooms, and TRREB’s main reception.

This tenant improvement included several offices, classrooms, halls and washrooms, as well as a kitchen, reception and a gym with changerooms. Fox was fully equipped to complete this complex and diverse project, drawing from 25+ years of experience building out institutional, commercial, industrial, and hospitality spaces.
