Working with Manulife and JLL, Fox renovated these two model suites on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building on University Ave.
Project Details
The scope of work for this project included:
- Removal of existing walls to create new layout.
- Delivery of approximately 15 new offices and meeting rooms along with new kitchen and reception.
- Application of wallpaper covering to meeting room walls throughout.
- Wood slats installed for aesthetics in kitchen area and boardrooms.
- New PC-350 office fronts installed along with fresh painting and new carpet and LVT flooring.
- Polished concrete finish in reception area.
