Fox worked closely with Studio Design to transform this vacant lot in Stone Road Mall into a warm, ambient space for Eclipse Stores Inc. Considering the renovation took place within a shopping centre, the Fox team coordinated after-hours work from our trades during certain phases of the project.
Project Details
Fox handled every aspect of the renovation from front-of-house signage to back-of-house storage. The scope of work for this project included:
- Demolition of existing fixtures
- New drywall, flooring and painting
- Stainless steel cover for storefront
- New electrical
- Custom millwork
- Relocation of thermostat and square diffusers
