Fox removed the existing layout on the ground floor of this apartment building and constructed the updated layout, including the corridor and all demising walls. Fresh paint was applied on all new walls and doors, and the new flooring consisted of carpet in the corridor, new LVT in each suite, and new tiles in the tub and bathroom area. Fox also delivered new kitchen millwork and sinks, as well as a new bathroom to each unit, which included tubs, sinks, vanities and ceramic tiles.

Alongside these features, Fox updated the condenser units and new electrical services throughout with a new panel in each room.
