Fox was thrilled to work with Cherishome Living on this residential renovation in downtown Toronto. Cherishome operates ten prime apartment buildings across the GTA where they deliver their values of care, comfort, courtesy and community to every tenant. Fox approached this residential fit out with those same principles.
Fox converted approximately 6,000 square feet of vacant space on the first floor of 200 Elm Street into ten beautiful new residential units. As the construction manager on this project, Fox coordinated all the details to make sure the studio, single bedroom and double bedroom units were ready to be called home.
