Fox worked with the design consultant to revamp a significant portion of this head office and home base for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). This tenant improvement included several offices, classrooms, halls and washrooms, as well as a kitchen, reception and a gym with changerooms. Fox was fully equipped to complete this complex and diverse project, drawing from 25+ years of experience building out institutional, commercial, industrial, and hospitality spaces.
